Soul Strong Yoga
Our Beginners Yoga Video Series is a light-hearted and safe experience, where you explore the many poses of yoga and how to “flow” in a yoga class. Alyssa will guide you through not only proper alignment, but finding the best alignment for your body.
- Part 1 includes: How to use yoga props, a full-body warm-up & cool-down, breath basics, spinal & hip stretches, and balancing postures
- Part 2 includes: Sun Salutations, Ujjayi breath, key yoga modifications, Downward Facing Dog breakdown, and restorative poses
- Part 3 includes: Strength building postures and flows, balancing poses, Warrior poses and their breakdowns, proper alignment cues, and more about safe modifications for your practice
